Thats funny you bring up Southside speedway. Bowman Gray stadium is in southside of Winston -Salem. Blaney impressed me he chose to race with racecraft instead of the chicken shit way of knocking people out the way. BGS is a very technical track it takes great car control, you have to be able to brake roll the center and accelerate off the corner while driving a defensive line to protect your place in the running order.My home track my family has raced there almost 50 yrs now. My cousin led the first 75 laps of the modified race.

BGS weekly gate price is 12 dollars a few nights a year they have ladies night all ladies get in for 2 bucks. What else can a family of 5 do now days for 60 bucks admission. Parking has always been free for the weekly racing events. Nascar fans today didnt know what good short track racing was until the clash at the stadium or they forgot lol.
