Respectfully, the pros should have NO input on the balance/map changes in the game. Pro players are only concerned about the weapons/maps/modes that are relevant to them. This is part of the reason Ranked Play is so damn stale already this year, because Treyarch decided to closely follow pro GA's, which leaves us with one AR (literally the worst AR in the game, aside from it's accuracy) and a bunch of SMGs and it just makes for a boring experience. MAYBE, for the 3 modes that pros play, and the relevant maps, MAYBE someone on the dev team should talk to retired pro players (Scump, Octane, etc) and just see if the changes they're considering are good/bad/whatever... But that's it. And specifically retired players only because the current players are just going to offer suggestions based on what benefits them.
