New fifa guidelines havent been applied by aiff yet, fifa gave a period of 3 years to implement all those and aiff didn't do it yet, so that doesn't matter anyways

But FIFA Guidelines are not implemented in India till now. It will be in force from 2025 January transfer window. So full thing is now in hands of PSC. Any media can say what they want but the ultimate verdict will be given by PSC and if it given in favour of mbsg anwar has to play for mbsg in all circumstances and vice versa
