Love that there’s someone out that preaching about the importance of health. Completely neglected aspect of life. I’ve always been a huge advocate for eating healthy and sleeping well

It's messed up to see my own brother stuffing his face full with junk food, staying at home for the majoritity of his time and not exercising and have the audacity to argue that his diet has nothing to do with his pain and lack of sanity

Question, does luke use fluoride toothpaste?
@BNJMN.Trades Жыл бұрын
No absolutely not, unless you want to be pacified with a crusty, calcified pineal gland

Anyone recommend any good sources to find info on how to eat healthy, what ingredients are safe etc. Sources that arent contaminated by the matrix
@milandragacevac4 ай бұрын
If it comes from nature and not modified by humans is pretty much good. Spring water is best and if you cant have that you could get yourself a reverse osmosis water filter and then because it gets rid of all the minerals, you can find a way to reminerilize the water.

how would one get well spoken like Luke
@SusnataSeal Жыл бұрын
by not trying to be well spoken and simply speaking your thoughts. people who try to "learn" speaking and body language are losers.
@SusnataSeal Жыл бұрын
@@saverio_6990 bullshit. most people who try to do that end up becoming completely artificial sounding robots. It makes you worse IMO. natural speaking sounds way better.

I would recommend taking iodine everyday and stop drinking tap water, this will decalcify your pineal gland. From my own experience my thoughts became much clearer and I was getting crazy dreams like never before(which makes sense because your pineal gland is where melotonin is produced). Overall felt like I was able to express myself in a more sophisticated and controlled manner without much extra thought it just became natural to me. I can’t recommend enough using body language and being expressive with your hands while talking really makes a huge difference with people’s engagement with you

What is our purpose?
@rosegoku9706 Жыл бұрын
I have a mix of nihilism and spiritualism I guess. There's no ultimate purpose to our existence, just a product of reproduction and surviving on a society. Now since there's no purpose, you get to create yours. As a man it's just to surpass our parents and lead a better life than them and hopefully get out the matrix
