Gunman who killed 10 people in Sweden named

Swedish media have named the gunman who killed 10 people in a mass shooting in Sweden as Rickard Andersson.
The attack at an adult education centre was described by the country's prime minister as the worst mass shooting in Sweden's history.
Police said the perpetrator appears to have shot himself - and added they are still unclear on the motive.

In Sweden, we literally had an Afghan Muslim migrant, Tamim Sultan, shouting "Allahu Akbar" while attacking seven people with a knife on an open street, yet he was not convicted as a terrorist. Meanwhile, in Norway a decade ago, the white and right-wing extremist Breivik was convicted as a terrorist after shooting and killing many youth politicians. It is very clear what is terrorism and not in the law, but there is obviously a gap between how people perceive terrorism and how the judicial system defines it. People claim they know what is terrorism even before the police have stated the suspected motive (the main lead right now is that he flipped after losing welfare payments). @silmjuic Attacks like these are a very rare occurance in Sweden though. 99-1 is false, but muslims and immigrants are heavily overrepresentated in these types of crimes here, but that doesn't mean Swedish people can't commit attacks. In this case it was a Swede. We also have to remember that even though muslims and immigrants are overrepresentated, it is still extremly few that do it and we should not spread hate and racism between eatchother based on that.
