instead of collecting money, why not set a particular number of people per month, for a 1 to 1 audience, so as to have a regulated atmosphere? The Ministry of Jesus was bigger. Huge crowds followed Him everywhere. But He never charged them. Instead, He placed a limit on the number of people He could meet per a time period. And besides, the Ministry is not your ministry.
