Mike Tomlin if you trade him he will have a job before he even leaves Pittsburgh we are not going to get rid of him Pittsburgh normally keep there head coach and if we do get another head coach I don't know who we're going to get and then last we pick up someone it good there ain't too many out there right now and that's what we look for college all right if we pick up a head coach did a pretty good that only played his contract what a bad quarterback bad offensive lineman and the quarterback can't see down the field like Russell Wilson for example I do not see Justin seals being better Dan Russell Wilson but I do see Justin Fields being at addition to a offense by bringing him in as a runner as a pitch back quarterback a wide receiver we did the running back not bad but what about picking it to him and let him see more than Russell Wilson did maybe he can hit a tight end but not for a 5-yard and then blanket for another 2 or 3 yd

What I'm trying to say is offense is too predictable why not change it up use a tie downs more often Johnson Fields want to play put them in as a wide receiver put them in as a running back put him in as someone we can pick the ball to and let him run are let him get the ball to a tight end tight end the big heavy running quite tackles beautiful play I would love to be able to call the offense one 1 and 3 down and Russell Wilson dropping back okay but you better be going down that field if you drop back and you only 12 for one or two yards we need to pick up a quarterback 1st or 2nd round set one more year behind Russell Wilson because I do not think now I know I said a lot here but I don't believe Justin Fields can be the future and Nancy can start throwing that ball to a tight ends and are wide receiver Russell Wilson if you're going to hold on to the bar you got to know where the sidelines is to throw it out of balance or if you're going to use a 10-yard drop back you better make sure that you have the time to see all the field

And I've been saying to use the tight end now I'm saying why not bring in fields take off one of a tight end have Pickens and Mike Williams line up on the same side let them both go deep like they do because they don't have any other moves take it to your wide receivers you got Justin fields that can catch the ball buy a pitch back and then be able to throw it to a running back or tight end or by that time with the pitch back everybody coming out to him he could hit the tight end he could hit the running back with both running back can't catch the ball I think you need the quarterback to see more down the field and more like how do you say it the whole field tell me the first option ain't open go to your second and third off and you need to be able to have tunnel vision

On my tired of going in the playoffs and going and and out yes and every other year other than Mason Rudolph I don't think he was a future and when we drafted him I was happy he was a great college football quarterback be coming to the NFL I had high hopes Buck going into the playoffs last year I just had a bad feeling there was no way he was going to win and he didn't but there is a way we can change it by using a tight end how do they say it gowen aggressive try and score on the first play of the game when we have the ball try and get 7 and if we want to run around a pound a game we have to have a passing trap what I mean by that let's try different things on offense other than the same thing for playing first time around the ball second down on the ball turn down okay let's sign up for a long bomb come on I can call every one of them plays on defense let's use hot tight end and why I say hot it's because I first down they seem to touch the ball everytime we try to them and if they catch it with 90% of the time they do they're going to get a first down Popeye throwing the ball to a tight end it opens up the wide receiver and the running game we start off in the first quarter trolling for a tight end but only when we're on 3rd down and 10 if we're on the down and 15 why 3 years pass to TE and I guarantee you if we were the two that on second town we would have had a first down are we nine yards now you can throw it are pass it for a 1dawn we need to use the tight ends a hell of a lot more Russell Wilson cannot set you want Justin fields in the game why not make him a pitch back let him throw it on it I'll bring them in as an option you fake the balls to Harris and hit Justin but don't put it to him for him to run picture to him because I want you to picture to him are tight ends a wide open make it look like he going to run the ball I need a fake the pass and run it all you have a wide open wide receiver on you have a wide open tight end and then if you don't rub it are you may have a wide receiver open why don't you put this to him he has a better look downfield he will see more people open and instead of talking and running let him make a choice let him see if a wide open wide are tight end that's open and let him pass it I think the past and run it what if you put them in as a wide receiver fort Pickens I even with Williams and let him do it outside and come back to catch the ball beautiful play for 10 to 15 yards and hopefully he can pick up another two to three maybe even break a tackle and pick up 15 to 20 yards of fake the ball I don't take the ball use a tight end open up a wide receiver and or running game

But right now giving myself but this is the first year I have to say no there is no head coach out there that's going to do better on offense and defense then Mike Tomlin and I do not see Mike Tomlin going anywhere and we're going one and out in the playoffs imagine getting rid of Tomlin any go to the team and they won a super bowl confusing as hell but you do not get rid of your head coach when he's winning and everybody saying it's going to be another one out I believe we can beat Baltimore if on first down instead of running the ball pass to a tight end
