BREAKING JISPA - running 480km in the Himalayas

In the Himalaya, there is this running race. You only have to run 480km above 4200m within 120h. It is easier said than done.
This is the story of my third attempt at running the Manali-Leh highway.

I though you stopped doing video for YT and I'm so glad I was wrong. You face extraordinary challenges, without expecting glory or anything. You not only confront your body and your mind to extrem conditions, but you do it with an humble smile ! You are such an inspiring runner. Chapeau l'artiste !

I ran 155K all around Paris last week, then got quite a few to go this year including a 100, 160 and 240 miles.
