Watching you ditch the wood backpack for the scavenger backpack hurt my soul EDIT: Ok. rather than be an ass. here's some kenshi advice: 1: the wooden backpack lets you stack stuff. so if you need to carry a lot of a certain item (like hemp or iron plates) they're superior. 2: Your work queue is backwards. your order should be Processor > farms > Wells. because job priority is from top to bottom.

read this, it will help you SOOOO much 1-you can stack items in back pack then put the back pack in your inventory, the items stored in will always be saved. 2-The merchant backpack is SUPER useful. it allows you to stack 9 of each type of item placed in this slock. Note i said Slock. while the pack is smaller it stocks VASTLY more items and it doesn't slow you down (to a degree) so i can stack say 18 building materials and have the top 2 rows left to store other items and it will not affect your speed. 3-when you steal from a dead body, only the faction they belong too cares. so if you steal from a wandering merchant, then only that faction cares about the theft AND WILL HAPPILY BUY STOLEN GOODS. 4- There is a Place called the Hub. its a fun starting area check it out! I really enjoyed this and i hope you play more kenshi is a fun game :D

I tried to setup a farm in the swampland once but endless floods of raptors coming to eat the crops and then another groups coming to eat the corpses of previous raptors would just drive me insane.

If you started to grow hemp in a United city town you will get a drug bust raid where the guards randomly come in and check for contraband. Town guards also will randomly enter homes searching for hemp

a little handy tip, you can press the upgrade button on your research bench so you don't have to deconstruct it and build a new one :)
