Setting up businesses in Accra is very expensive,severally the land you talk of was never given for free,infact it is on record that we end up paying 3times and we still end up in court losing the land because the local chiefs cheat us out. That is the reality so being in Accra and being successful was never given to us on a silver platter,if it was that easy your king folks would have done it,all lands were sold to us ,triple times,we go to court and we fight it ,and we still have to search for capital to make it boom,so yes everyone must be respectful where he or she finds herself,but don’t think it is favor ,trust me a lot of Akans have lost a fortune setting up in Accra,nothing was given for free,never forget that.
