In Delhi, the cheapest Marriott hotel is available at 40-50k points (22-25k/night). With this it will take around 3 years for 01 free night booking.

Incorrect. It's available at as low as 10k points. Depends on which hotel and which day of the week you book. Courtyard Gurugram is the cheapest, followed by Aloft Aerocity in Delhi. It'll start getting cheaper from April till Sep. Source: i work with Marriott
