ಸರ್, ನಮಗೆ 1/2 ಸೈಟ್, 2021 ರಲ್ಲಿ sale deed ಆಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಳೆ ಮನೆ ಇತ್ತು, keb/bwssb ಹಳೆ owner ಹೆಸರಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆ. ಈಗ ನಾವು ಅದನ್ನ ಬೀಳಿಸಿ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ 3 ಮಹಡಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಈಗ ನಾವು Ekhatha ಮಾಡಿಸಬಹುದಾ ? B khatha ಸಹ ಹಳೆ ಓನರ್ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರಲ್ಲಿ sale deed ಮಾತ್ರ ಇದೆ. ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ತಿಳಿಸಿ.

If you want to know whether you already have Khata for this property check and try to download Draft E-Khata from BBMP E Aasthi website, you can even visit BBMP ward office and check, incase still unable to find any kind of Khata please go ahead and apply for New BBMP Khata.
