tololo is on standard banner and you will be able to select your pref on standard banner in future. and you also have chance to get when you lose the 50/50 on limited chars.

As someone who only got weapons on all my standard pulls, I think I'll go for QJ instead since I was lucky enough to get her weapon in it, just need more to hit that selector xD

My Tololo is V2 already. First 10 pull on Suomis banner got me one, lost Suomis v2 to another Tololo and then the standard banner gave me another Tololo and TWO signatures. Im Qiongjiuless tho, will get mine when hit the selector, only 60 more pull to go

Littara is the worst character in the game. Ksenia is good on paper, but as someone who uses her in higher level content (like Tier 8 boss fight) id much rather have Cheeta who has much better healing including on-attack and aoe. I assume they are doing the Tololo rate-up purely to get more people to buy her skin.

I got about 170 summons saved up going for Makiatto + a dupe,I have 2 other elite/ssr sniper riffles the Acana and samosek so not sure if I will try for her weapon. Other than that saving for klukai and Vector. Also have every single character in the game right now so I got a lot to play with.

Is there a difference between the “targeted procurement event” for Tololo and the Makiatto banner in terms of the summons used? I.e. do we use normal summons for the Tololo event and special summons for Makiatto, or is it all special summons all the time? Double special summons banners post-launch: boo. Special summons + normal summons (because Tololo is in the standard pool): fine, let’s go.

Assuming since you're going for a specific character the tololo banner will also use targeted recruitsw

'Targeted' procurement means using the limited summon tickets (the orange ones). So it's not a standard procurement (the black tickets). I hope this helps.

Even as a Whale the Tololo banner isn’t a good idea , I’m already going to spend $700-$900 on V6 R6 Macchiato and now I’m tempted to spend $400 -$600 to v6 my v2 Tololo but I will regret it months from now when I get her dupes on standard and her weapon can be purchased thru shop. I feel like it’s a dirty move by the devs in a way but also helpful idk how to feel about this

CN servers also have double banners, the double limited banners(like Ulrid and Suomi) only got repeated twice(one with Suomi and Ulrid, the other I don't remember). So no need for compensations or anything, since they aren't in a double) speed up pace, but are rather in their normal pace.

You will get her through standard procurement or losing 50/50 on limited units eventually. Ultimately its your choice, but I don't think it's good to spend limited resources on standard dolls.
