I feel this rules are definitely helpful to incline students more towards study. However, I think this could be applied only to the students that got admissions with new increased GIC so that . Because for students who had less GIC , there will be more stress to take out there fees and may not be able to focus on studies which is the main reason for chancing the rules. so both factors that is less GIC and less working hours could be considered to balance. So, in short, this should have been applied to only new students. I hope you get my point of view. Thanks
