Sen Dick Durban and all Democrats in the Senate you are obligated to hear the charges in an impeachment session it isn't a matter of your deciding not to hear the impeachment, or to shelve it. It is your duty for you to hear the charges and decide the guilt or innocence of the official. Mr Durbin you can say there is zero evidence, but it is not up to you to decide before hand on any evidence presented or if there isn't any evidence and vote accordingly. To do otherwise is a breach of your duties as senators as the majority in the senate you must hear the case you are constitutionally required to do so.
