Jungkook already performed at a large sports event. FIFA World Cup was a much bigger deal than the US Super Bowl... an event which will return year after year and I believe Jungkook will have many opportunities to perform there if that's what he wants to do. I think Jungkook made his own decision about the timing of his military enlistment.

I remember Bang PD was interviewed and asked Jungkook if want to make an Album . He said I will respect it if he doesn't want to make one . He allows them to make a decision . In the end he decided to do it .. which is now the Golden album . Hybe CEO said recently that they tell us what they want to do and we facilitate it. Remember Jin telling us Hybe was against is Hug event (because of security and safety issues) but he insisted and so they facilitated it. Your report on JK and his career and appearing at the super-bowl is outdated. 1-Ask to join Usher at the super-bowl was very nice of Usher, but JK would have only performed one song with Usher. It was Usher who was appearing at the super-bowl, not JK. 2-HIS DECISION to join the military, along with Jimin and V was for BTS to get the military behind BTS, and BTS could continue. 3-Along with that decision, BTS made it a point that each one would have the opportunity to complete their own solo works, which JK was (and still is) such a success. 4-The military is good for each of them, as they have been BTS working so hard for 10-years, they needed this time away from hard practices and production. When BTS resumes, BTS will probably have yearly world tours, but they will also each be producing their own solo works. JK has not lost anything. JK is and will be a world success. All these members needed to suspend BTS for a moment, to regain well being and ponder their future without being so overworked. Each of our boys are now men. The Best Is Yet To Come. And leave HYBE alone. BTS belongs to Big Hits, and they all know what they are doing. Our boys have already been around the block - a number of times.

No one even considered the possibility of him starting his enlistment earlier than he did, which would have been the smarter choice if anyone really cared about the Super Bowl. He already got the grand finale of the solo albums release with a bigger push promotion abroad, and a full English album which is a lot more friendly for casual listeners. They're just creating drama cause they're solo stans who think JK is the only valid member of the band, and everyone else is either dragging him down or just flying by on his talent. These people can keep making noise, insulting the other members online pushing hate campaigns, and act like spoiled ignorant children, but they don't matter at the end of the day. He has appeared in two Korean variety shows and started Run Jin making it highly successful with as usual minimum promotion. He was the first member of BTS to promote a food product and now Jin Ramen is a billion dollar company. He has won many polls including nations idol, and voted the idol most likely to take care of his parents. He has appeared or will be appearing in several fashion magazines and is the first idol in Japan to appear in rival magazines in the same month. His release of Supa Tuna became number 2 on I tunes, but I wonder how many people tried and could not download it until today like me and did that prevent him going to number 1? He has prepared his first solo album soon to be released and continues to make a point of visiting fellow members in the military often and has been seen having family time. He is a credit to his family, members, army, friends, Big Hit and Hybe and the South Korean netizens. His kindness, humour and personality are the main things I like about him and his handsome face, broad shoulders and charisma are cherries on the top. Jungkook is a twenty seven year old man and makes his own choices. Why is that so hard to understand. He wanted to go in the military with Jimin as buddies and return to be with the rest of the members next June reunited as a group. To him this was more important than the Super Bowl which is only special in the US and American football enthusiasts around the world. He as many have pointed out has already sang in the biggest event of the World the World Cup to 1.5 billion people watching. Also Super Bowl did not invite him Usher did! Adding to what's already been said by others, I also think there just wasn't enough time to get Jungkook ready for a Super Bowl performance as well as prepare all the content which is being released for each member while they're away. A documentary, a travel show with Jimin, music videos, brand promotions ~ the list goes on. Seems like a great decision to me. Let BTS or solo member get recognized with a Grammy win. Last thing any member needs is an association with Usher. More and more western artists want to jump onto the BTS coattails. Remember the audience response to their first award show appearance. BTS is not a supporting act or cameo acts. People need to back off of HYBE, their enlistments were held off for a long time. These guys are in their 30's and have worked hard. When will ARMY give them a chance to have a life and a chance to enjoy the benefits of their hard work.

As an American BTS fan (Army) Kookie made the right decision. He is Korean. He has an obligation to fulfill his duty to his country. Also postponing his enlistment would put BTS group activities on hold until he finished his enlistment. BTS have been at the Grammy's which game them great exposure. There will be other opportunities for the group and individual members. Lastly, it's not far to condemn Kookie for support his country.

The military service is a personal decision and JK made that decision when, not Hybe, not Big Hit, JK has plenty of Superbowl opportunities, it's not a big deal for career advancement. The reviews of the Super Bowl concerts are always awful. There's a small group that praises the performers and a much larger group of negative people who criticize the performers and condemn the NFL. It doesn't matter who the artists are or what their genre is. BTS doesn't need to suffer that nonsense for a mere 17-minute performance. Keep in mind that the audience on the field are paid participants. They are hired through talent agencies to match a specific look according to gender, ethnicity, height, weight, looks and so forth. They practice pulling out all the equipment, assembling the stage, cheering the performance and then disassembling it all within mere minutes. For all the ARMY that think they can buy tickets and be on the field for all of BTS or for individual members, they are very much mistaken. BTS does not need the NFL.

Army should not get mad and frustrated by jungkook declining SuperBowl performance. We should be thankful and happy instead, it could be a blessing in disguise. Considering the issue involving PDD, wherein Usher's name together with other big hollywood celebrities are also being dragged. Aren't army updated for what is happening?. Jungkook can also be a victim, as according to investigation by authorities, PDD's group offer beverages to talents they're eyeing with drinks spiked with drugs and later sexually assault them. JungKook needs to get off his high horse he said these personality changed. He used to make him laugh and they used to joke around and this is a reason to treat his best friend.
