उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस में एक डिप्टी एसपी को दोबारा सिपाही बना दिया गया है. डिप्टी एसपी को उसकी नियुक्ति के मूल पद सिपाही पर रिवर्ट कर दिया गया. उन्नाव में सीओ बीघापुर रहे कृपा शंकर कनौजिया को सिपाही नियुक्त किया गया है. कृपा शंकर कनौजिया को 26वीं वाहिनी पीएसी गोरखपुर में F दल में आरक्षी पद पर तैनात किया गया है.

His wife may take action, but how can govt take action against him, when he is on leave and having physical relationship with his colleague with consent in a hotel. A totally wrong action by the police and administration when it is legal to have relationship outside marriage by the court. They can act on his wife’s complaint but they cannot demote him until and unless the other female has got complaint against him of some forceful behaviour or having sex on the pretext of promise of marriage.
