This machine is not aimed at regular hobbyists, but larger businesses. Companies care way less what something costs if it suits their needs so Bambu probably sells this machine with way more profit than any of the other machines because why wouldn't they? I would never buy this for myself but I know the company I work for will buy several as soon as they are available.

For an extra $1000 do you get a flat bed or does it come with the warped option still? Maybe Bambu should address the warped bed issue before putting out any new models. Peopoly magneto x is going to give Bambu a BIG run for it's money. 300x400x300 baby! Stay tune!

The chamber heating is not that effective when still limited by the hotend temp, sure you can print 1 or two more materials that are marginally better than what you could print before, but for cheaper you could pick up a qidi x plus 3 for quite a bit less with a slightly bigger build volume, hotter max nozzle temp, and a slightly hotter heated chamber. Might not be as user friendly but still quite easy for most people to use.

I couldn't believe the price... it's actually the real price. And max chamber temp is 60c o.O That's not even enough for reliable ABS printing besides small parts let alone any other "engineering" application they mention.

Really when it comes down to it they realize they could charge a lot more for their current printers but they don't want to you know up the price five or $600 that'd be a bad look So we'll come out with something marginally better and really hike the price up and later on though discontinue the previous models

The Qidi Max simply kills the whole purpose of this machine. I hoped for a better machine but it's actually disappointing.

only thing worthwhile but not worth the price for me is the ethernet. With that, hopefully can view a live stream print better. Can't even watch a print stream on my p1s with 2.4ghz wifi.

Discounted for every company I contract/work for, because of security reasons, doubly so now as they want an extra $1000 not to spy on us, a joke Bambu sealed themselves out of this market at the outset.
