Exactly my thoughts. That would be a great setup. Our back line is brilliant now with options everywhere. Midfield is getting there, maybe 1 more CDM, got options on the wing just need a great striker and we’ve got a fantastic rounded team, wood should be backup really as great as he’s been.

Great video , i share similar thoughts with you on the whole striker saga.I get the whole criticism for Nketiah,but i think Marinakis is in a difficult position,nfc staff didnt find a striker whole summer and Gimenez just dont want to come to NFC.What Marinakis should do? Dont buy anyone? He will get criticized. I think the real reason they havent paid the amount asked from Arsenal yet is to win time maybe find a striker on last days of transfer window and if they cant find they will gamble by buying Nkietah and try to act like he was always the main target

Squad strength improved year on year. I still see lack of back up for Sangare and Murillo as risks. But priority #1 has to be a striker who adds to what we have (is mobile, will compete with Taiwo and Wood, and start when we face a less mobile defence). Gimenez, Moukoko and Nketiah all have the mobility, but do they have the desire? Surely our scouts in South America and Europe can find an option to wear the 2* with pride for £80k a week, even if they see it as a stepping stone. Not sure who is advising Gimenez and Moukoko if they see Forest as a backwards step ffs.

I do wonder if Moreno is a reaction to the Toffolo error, and cover for possible injuries. Maybe even to shore up the left side after the Danilo misfortune. I Like the idea of Ribeiro coming back as he's a talented young forward option with guile and pace who'll trouble a back line (I prefer him to the Arsenal no choicer), and Danjuma could do a job, but don't want to get too overloaded on the wings without good reason. You and Chappy were hilarious. Certainly more fun than a ranting Ant (god love his passion for the club). We should beat Southampton (I watched a game or two last season and they profiled a bit like Sheff Utd the year they came up, too open at the back), and I actually think Leicester will surprise everyone if they repeat that second half performance with relative consistency. Though they do need cover for Vardy. I expect them to beat Fulham. As for us we look better squad wise. Hopefully Danilo will recover fully, to be his former self on the field, but not play before he's fully ready. I look forward to that smile, and the huge cheer on his return. The new players should keep the established players honest, and give substitution options everywhere. Though some of Saturdays later subs weren't quite what I expected. Glad we saw an improved Sangare though. The beast is up and running. Injury aside there was a lot to like about the performance at the weekend, so long may it continue. Minus defensive errors and plus more conversion to goals for...pretty please. Keep up the fine work, and everyone be very well.

Moreno, don’t impress me much! Feels like we are getting a reluctant player. Nkethia wage demands for a bench warming Arsenal player are ridiculous. Shows just how keen he is for the move, shades of Arter with money being more important than playing! Aina on the right might help keep Elanga on the wing. Elanga frustrated me no end on Saturday as he spent most of his time drifting in even found himself on the left a couple of times. No wonder Williams was gassed earlier than anyone else as he was box to box all match. We need to get Gimenez across line sharpish. There are mixed reports on this one, not sure which is true. Moukoko; our interest looks like it dried up pretty quick. We don’t need another winger, FFS. Richard’s out on loan, at least we get a fee. Worrall to Burnley is a great move for him, all profit for us although only circa 4m. He’ll be back in PL next season. Agree why are we being linked to all the old flames. Rather have Riquelme.
