David, bipolar disorder otherwise called maniac depression is a serious mental illness that causes unusual mood swings. We need to pray for Ssejo because if he is truly bipolar, of which he is displaying the classic symptoms he needs help. I hope he gets the help he needs. While we are calling him names we must remember his mental state. Thank you for reiterating his mental condition.
