The late Asantehene Nana Opoku Ware was a very good friend of Cape Coast and the late Oguaahen, Nana Kwodwo Mbrah. He was present in Cape Coast during his funeral. This is good invitation as we edge closer to elections. Oguaa Fetu Afahye is arguably the biggest festival in GHANA and one of the biggest in West Africa, well attended and very popular among diasporans. Presidents, Ambassadors and. CEO's have all graced the festival. It is befitting and long overdue to invite Asantehene to grace such an important festival. I believe this should be done every year among Chiefs in the country to seek for peace and minimize tribalism which is currently on the rise in Ghana.
