Go take a look at the years the men founded guilty were given and then go and search up the shame, ridicule, jail time and punishment served to those that had minor drug violations.

This supposedly victim is “paralyzed“ first off, how.. he supposedly put a moka in her phone. (Secret camera device) you have to do that in person. When would taeil have time to do that? He’s a kpop idol,no matter where he goes he will get followed. It’s said the victim was NEVER a minor. He supposedly threatened the girl that he would kill her mother,if she wasn’t a minor,why couldn’t she stop using that phone? If she knew all this time that taeil was supposedly watching her through her camera. If she’s not a minor she can get a new phone. Let alone if she was a minor she didn’t need to use the phone. The ongoing investigation says he cooperated good. And was even smiling? It’s like he knows he’s not guilty. Hear me out when I say this.. what if,SM did this? It was just a thought but during recent comebacks he hasn’t been the same. I know he was recovering from a accident and knowing SM they definitely didn’t give him enough time to recover. Pretty sure its confirmed she wasnt 11 and now turning 17-18. She was a adult the whole time. If this is even real. SM couldv hired someone to fake this, i mean even if taeil and this girl if she was 11 if shes outside she would most likely be with friends or family. A moka (secret spy camera) needs to be put inside the phone. If for whatever reason this “11 yr old girl“ bumped into him he wouldnt be able to put a spy camera inside her phone. And some say he hacked her camera so she said shed paralyzed now? How can u get paralyzed through electronics?💀 these accusations are not confirmed yet so stop making rumors. Even if anyone brought up a member sexually assualting someone yes to play it safe leaving the group is best option. Therefor he did. With the ongoing police investigation we just need to wait for news and support nct💚 you know somethings serious when SM doesnt just put the idol on hiatus. Which if this is true it is very serious but how can such a quiet introvert like Taeil commit this big of a crime? At this time, I don’t think he’s been officially charged/arrested/booked of a crime yet.. so this video is misleading. let’s me know though if i’m wrong. I just think that if he were booked, we would have an actual statement of what the crime was. He’s currently being investigated. I hope an official statement of the crime comes out soon because there are so many rumors circulating.

They say stuff like "We believe the victim because we don't know the idol really" But hun, you don't know the victim either. It's just typed out accusations with, often, barely any evidence. Why would you believe either side? The justice system uses the practice of "innocent until proven guilty". Why can't some of yall wait till there's an official investigation? I'm not saying you should believe the idol is innocent, I'm saying you shouldn't believe either side until the police look into it. The point is, anyone can lie on the internet, make up a story. Fabricating evidence, fake texts, fake images, it's fucking easy in this digital era. And then there's those fans that refuse to believe the official investigation either. And then there's the ones who defend the people who don't deserve to be defended (iykyk). Idk I just needed to get this off my chest. Especially with Al technology its easy to manipulate things. I asked my uncle whos former military but still works at the pentagon i asked if its possible to put a hidden camera in someones phone he said in order to do that you have to get the persons phone take it all apart put it in and put the phone back together like nothing happened. And if the supposed victim felt like he was watching her why couldnt she get a new phone. If she was a minor and didnt work her parents could of got her one or if shes an adult she could got a brand new phone with a different phone company. All im saying is the police is still investigating taeil. Plus think about dispatch and sasaengs know the phone numbers, addresses and locations of where idols go to so can some one tell me how not a single dispatch or sasaengs was able to catch taeil visting this supposed victim. Alsonif she was threatening her why didnt she tell any other person who would be able to help. Its a 50/50 if he did harasse this lady he should get jail time but ifnits accusations tonruin his career and to get him kicked out of sm is fucked up. Agree with you. Since the start, they've never been just to Taeil seeing how they treated him during comebacks, MV's with less exposure, etc. and so it is easy for them to kick him out and issue statement without further verification. Anyways I hope truth prevails.

Totally agree with You. SM takes immédiate action for business issues, cancelling Taeil right away. They don t want to take risks of endangering their business, seems logical, WE Can not blâme Sm for that. Any entertainment company will do that in this particular case. A police investigation is taking place because police has received accusations against Taeil and thé case is under investigation. Seems also logical that Taeil does not speak, it IS thé rôle of thé lawyer in case You are accuséd of criminal charges. Hé will speak in due Time. I am disappointed and disgusted! Now fans are burning photo cards and posters of Taeil. But I bet these are the same fans who say leave these guys alone, they're adults they can do what they want and make excuses for them eveytime they violate their contracts, As fans we should not support anything that idols do that is wrong and that includes smoking, vaping, drugs, getting drunk, or other bad behavior. Kpop idols are not like American celebrities or aren't suppost to be. They signed contracts to be role models and to live moral lives. That's the deal, the contract, and the agreement that they sign on for. If they don't want to live that kind of life then they shouldn't sign up to be a kpop idol, period. I'm so sick and tired of hearing certain fans say, "let them do this or that they're adults." Well part of being an adult is learning how to say no to things that aren't good or good for you. If they are allowed to get away with the small little things and have fans defend it, they're going to continue to do bad things and make bad decisions because they have ignorant fans who support their dumb decisions. That gives them a feeling of entitlment and invincibility to do as they please, and this will embolden them to try increasingly worse things and make more costyly mistakes. So if they sign on a contract that says they will be a good role model and live a moral life, then decide they can't fill their contract, they should stop being a kpop idol. And fans should stop making excuses for them when they violate their contracts. That includes dating. If their company expects that, and they can't uphold their contract then don't sign on and find another job. It's a lie if they are dishonering their contract. Fans should not support or applaud lies and deception. If that is the agreement between the company and the trainee or idol then they should be an adult and with integrity live up to their contract. Don't smile, act cute, and try to win fans hearts and support, and also money and time they can't get back if you want to dishonor your commitments! If you want to be a free agent and live life how you want then quit, and don't act like you're some choir boy or girl. Dating and getting married are good; marriage a great thing, but each idol signs a contract that says they won't. So they should hold true to their word. Other things like smoking, vaping, getting drunk, clubbing, doing drugs (including marijuana) does not set good examples or a good role make. I simply ask these kpop idols to live up to their word and contracts. If you can't fullfill your contract and commitment, resign because you have millions of fans who support you and look up to you, and your very being is a lie and fraud. I would rather you be honest and quit and go do something else. At least you'll have some integrity and respect. Maybe some of the industry rules need to change , but breaking contracts and lying is not the way to get it done. And some fans need to take a look at themselves and deside if you have been complicit by building them up where they can do no wrong and make excuses for them when they violate their contracts and set bad examples. You spend your money on them and time, at least they could be what they say they are! Hold them accountable for their bad decisions no matter how small because it's a slippery slope. You're burning Taeil cards, but did you have a hand in helping him make excuses for bad behavior?! NCT 127 and NCT are my top favorite, but if I keep hearing allegations like Taeil's and even Johnny and Haechan's back a couple of months, I'm out. I'm tired of wondering if who I think I like is actually neffarious. I will not listen to one more NCT anything if they turn out to be a bunch of sex addicts who purchase prostitutes, force themselves on women, or any other bad behavior no matter how small. I'm am American, I liked kpop and Korean entertainment in the beginning because they seemed to hold their entertainers accountable for wrong doing something that we no longer see in Hollywood. I got sick of the filth coming out of there, and I have no problem forgetting kpop and korean entertainment if they can't get this right!

And I support innocent until proven guilty. 👍🏻😊However, if he turns out to be guilty fans especially the younger ones need to stop making excusses for them when idols violate their contracts and make bad decisions. Idols should be held accountable even if it's something as small as vaping for the reasons I gave above. I'm so sick of seeing society condone bad behavior and worse, and then turn around and act so shocked that their hero, idol, etc, could do x,y, and z. And after fans have said they'll support them no matter what or love them forever. A couple of times I pointed out a few thinks like Kim Taehyung was caught with a vape and another time Kim Jungwoo was caught smoking. Both times I said something to the effect that "I hope they quit because they are singers and that could ruin their voices. Isn't this counterproductive since they make a living by singing and dancing? And nicotine can cause cancer." I don't know how many fans jumped on my comments and told me to mind my business, if I was a fan I should support them no matter what, or that they were adults so it wasn't my business, etc. And I have seen other fans do the same thing when others voiced the same concern. As I said above, making excuses like that leads to a slippery slope because idols get away with the little things that eventually become big things. It builds their egos and sense of entitelment that leads eventually to horrendous behavior. You know, as an American, how Hollywood celebrities are treated.

None of your points make sense. Smoking or going on a date is nowhere near the same as committing an actual crime. There are plenty of people who act like goody 2 shoes and then get caught being terrible. Case in point taeil. There are plenty of studies that show conservative environments breed higher than normal levels of deviency, because there are very few outlets of expression, normal functions get demonized, and then you have a bunch of repressed people who need more and more to get a dopamine hit. The last thing the idol scene needs is even more archaic rules limiting their freedom to be people just because some kpop Stan needs a musician they don’t know to be an unrealistic role model
