​@@lckittyqueen that was just an idea given by one of the characters. At the moment it is still a mistery what actially happened. I do belive the idea that the land caused the decay if pixel is either a red hering or not the full explanation. My theory is that it is the fault of the skulk.

It's not Xornoth. It's just Evil Sausage, the one who hate the Xornoth crystal at the end of s1. But that isn't Xornoth. Xornoth isn't coming back.

So I think there's another force playing behind the scenes, whether it's some other demon, or something else. Scott dealt with Xornoth, but there could be others. We'll see!
