The 49ers have insisted that they won't trade him. So, what I see happening is him sitting out (like Bosa did last yr). How long Aiyuk sits out is the question...he'll be fined since he's under contract. Then, he'll come back after a few weeks of fines and play out the season. My 2 cents.

The Steelers are NOT going to break the bank to bring in Aiyuk. We'd more likely get another TE before grabbing another BIG NAME WR. The salary cap is real!!! The ONLY way to get Aiyuk is for him to come WAY down on what he wants.

I think Calvin Austin III is going to break out this year, and Roman Wilson will be a future star. I think our WR room looks pretty good right now. If anything, bring D.K. Metcalfe in since he's been training with Russell Wilson recently. They could get Metcalfe way cheaper than Ayuk.
