I propose that We the People have a say over the Senate when they act like this in the case of Secretary of Home Land Security Impeachment Trial or when a Senator needs to be Impeached out of office, That a Tribunal, made up of the Govenors of all 50 States and Territories would be conviened. Once the Senate refuses to hear the Impeachment Decoration from the House of Repersentives. Then this Governor Tribunal will gather and hear the evidence from the House and will rule on either remove or not enough evidence has been established to convict. Either way, the People will be guaranteed that the Impeachment Process is followed through to its conclusion. This might take a Constitutional Convention to change the rules of Impeachment, but that is another reason to hold one.

I've been found guilty of being legally parked in a court of no law. Pig lied 3 times under oath. The "judge" scoffed, tisked, sighed, glared at me, insulted me for answering her non-answering biased poor excuses, took my answers out of context, and openly changed the truth from what I know I did, to what she decided I could or couldn't do, she questioned why I was smart enough to take pictures to prove my innocence, ignored the pics, and found me guilty. She reached forward and handed me the fine/guilty verdict. She it had her unreadable signature on it, but she never held a pen. It had perforated edges, but she never had to tear it out. She had the outcome of the trial decided before my trial and made it go that way. Denying me my constitutional right to a fair trial. The pig who wrote me the ticket, got angry and defensive, raised his voice and told me he wouldn't argue with me because he is always right and knows whatt he is doing. when I asked how it was legal to ticket a no parking 2-5 am as 2 hours parking 13.5 months after the 2hr parking sign was legally removed. I was parked 7 minutes when I got the 2 hrs parking ticket, and I was there, took pics, and gone in under 1.5 hrs. The cop lied 3 times under oath and the judge clearly knew it. Wish I would of gotten a lawyer and sued them after it happened. That is unexcusable. They belong in jail, not committing felonies to steal from law-abiding citizens.
