Your so right about the material things they will turn to dust ,but you experiences of doing things and living life will always be with you to the very end I am an old chap LJ of 75 and theirs nothing like being able to pull up in your mind and body of all the great and simple things you have done and experience in a blink of an eye . They are always with you and no one can take them away . So I say LJ go out and fill your life with all the beautiful things that are out there never stop yourself from doing what you enjoy the most what ever that may be. Nice to see you back Esquire. If you are intending to make more KZbin videos I strongly recommend buying the Insta360 X3 for your channel. It's not crazy expensive, and the main feature is that you can move the camera angle around in editing. So you could unobtrusively attach it to your shoulder, record everything all around you, and then choose what to show later. It's also less alarming for people around you, as you don't seem to be pointing the camera at anyone. Your body transformation is impressive, from beer belly to abs. Well done son.

I went to experience a Buddhist retreat in Escondido,Ca. While there , the person said look at the monks- they are always smiling. And they were . He said they gave up all material possessions to become a monk. All they have are 3 items, a bowl and 2 chop sticks. That really hit me hard. After that I simplified my life greatly. It’s like a huge relief to me. I have the tools of my trade, mountain bike,some workout gear. Everything else is clutter. And your savings start going up because I just don’t go out and buy something on impulse. Cheers mate - you just do you.

Great video as always. I have been to Hua Hin a few times and simply love it. So relaxing. I'd move there if the wife let me! I'm now 72 and it's an age where reflection of your life really begins to get stronger, particularly when you hear about younger people leaving us through accident, illness etc. If I was single, I probably would have moved to Thailand years ago but the strength of family ties keeps me here in good ol' Oz. At least I don't have to endure the rigors of city life. Keep up the good work mate!

I experienced the same once in Saigon. After steam bath I went directly into a ice bath. They explained that the steam opened your pores so impurities could be released and cold water would close them to keep impurities out. Great experience

In Thailand alot of small shops carry and sell glass bottles of gasoline for your motorbike if you cannot make it to a gas station kinda amazing.
