That’s a great question! It depends what kind of fear it is? If the fear is stopping us from growing in life, we need to face them little by little. That’s what helped me. Starting by taking small steps. I’ll make a new video about it. Hope it helps😊

I understand sometimes it can be difficult! I try to speak at a normal speed considering everyone and knowing that on KZbin we can change the speed of the video. (Try to watch it at 0.75 speed and see if it's better)
