Breaking the Meta: Off-Meta AutoAttack Monk Build. The True Secret Build.

Having been a Monk class fan from almost every genre of games I've played I am almost always using AA (autoattack) builds because of the sheer joy of watching numbers pop up on the screen. What I am not a fan of is meta builds (Holy Light), don't get me wrong the meta builds will carry you through the game but it's more fun for me to build my own builds that I ACTUALLY enjoy playing. It may not be a Meta build but I'm sure I'm not the only fan of AA builds like this. Just to share a little bit more information about this specific build, it utilizes AA but you'll notice a couple of differences in its damages such as Double Attack (single yellow number pops), Triple Attack (double yellow number pops), and the special part of the kit: Holy Light. Yes you read that right. You'll notice that the slowed part of the video shows a higher damage crit than the normal attacks and that is an autocasted Holy Light. I've played around with almost every version of the combo build but this one pumps out damage more consistently not having to reload spirit spheres since the auto feature of The Ragnarok causes the Monk to reload a single sphere even having 4 after casting Raging Thrust. To be straightforward, this is not a beginner friendly build as it has a lot of components for it to work and every detail in it's kit to deal the most damage we can dish out. For those who are looking for a viable AA build out there this might be fun to play just because of the mechanics revolving on the build. I'm happy to answer any questions on the build, sorry I am not an expert editor or creator and I just wanted to show AA Monk fans that there is this option for a build. Enjoy!

This purely a PvE build as stats are only invested in Agi and Lck.

@@paulmortera6087 currently base stats 110 agi and 48 lck. Card slotted for stats with agi to increase attack speed for more holylight procs %, luck to increase crit hit to guarantee crits on later mob levels, ideally I will swap out all my strength cards for either agi or lck cards. Owl Duke and Baron are needed for lex and impo, they proc quite often. Sidewinder helps build up consistent dps together with triple atk. Once the build gets enough aspd, will add more int cards if holy light procs more often. The build currently focuses on pve dps to grind faster.

@@paulmortera6087 Also try to get all crit, p.atk and aspd on your card album for passive stats. Get as much crit dmg% on your affixes. I currently don't have crit dmg affixes at the moment as my weapon is still at lvl60 and needs to be promoted to lvl80.
