He is well known in Rural Support Programmes (RSPs) and NGO sector in Pakistan with established credibility, honesty and hard work as a teacher, trainer and mentor not only in professional cadre but in communities and academic institutions as well. He, with genuine and continuous support from Save the Children, successfully launched a local NGO, Thardeep Rural Development Programme and currently serving as CEO of Thardeep Microfinance foundation.
