We learnt in a Customer Service centre ( in my previous working life in a call centre) that the customer is not always right but remember they are ‘the customer’ .. listen and be nice …. In my present business I love making people happy and creating something that gives them or someone else ( if it is a gift) joy and especially if it holds memories of places that held happiness🎉🎉
