The prosecutors have already recommended punishments for violations of the gag order. All the judge needs to do is decide the issue. So yes, there *is* a gag order, and I expect a decision to be made eventually. We just need to be patient. Yes, Trump is getting preferential treatment, *but the trial isn't over yet.* Patience.

My friend was in the audience, and since he’s bald, he kept his hood up to stay warm. I think the judge is likely to give him another chance but put him on a very strict warning. We all know how crazy radical right wing followers can be. The judge will likely try to avoid an incident of Trump followers being wiped into a violent frenzy. We all saw what happened on Jan 6, there's no reason to suggest they wont do something similar again. I do think that if trump continues to violate the gag order after being sternly warned, he will bring the hammer down on further violations.

I think Trump should be in a cell right not for his other blatant violations that risk genuine harm to people, but in the case of the judges daughter, there isn't really much he can legally do.
