And alter it to a much lower amount. Prolly ony the tens of millions. Maybe even just a single digit. Apple was fined 97 million recently. For example Apple was just fined 95 million after it was discovered Siri was eavesdropping. Their income for 2024 was 95 billion. With a "B". Which is just 0.1%. Thats not a deterrent.
