It is my intelligent guessing that Uhuru was not Part and parcel of including the said CS to Rutos cabinet.If it could be Uhuru,he should have included other names outside mlima like Matiangi and the rest.Otherwise it is a caculated move by Ruto so that it may look as if it was an agreement at Ishaweri meeting.Most importantly is the performance of the gov but not individuals from mlima.The perception and narrative that the mlima few individuals picked by Ruto can change the peoples mind has been overtaken by Gachaguas impeachment and also can not neutralize his popularity.
