The keyboard provided to me stopped working within the first 5 minutes of the test. Despite informing the supervisor immediately and requesting a replacement, no action was taken. Instead, the remaining time was wasted due to their negligence. Even other candidates supported me and requested the staff to address the issue, but they not only ignored us but also refused to file an application for my complaint. This has severely impacted my performance, despite the fact that I had been doing extremely well in my mock tests. I am planning to email SSC, requesting strict action against the exam centre and asking for a chance to retake my typing test. I wanted to inform you about the situation and seek your guidance on how best to handle it.
