Hey Justin, in interviews I often trip up on mental math questions that include quick tricks to calculate IRRs on simple case studies mentally. E.g. You buy an asset for 100, it makes 5 a year in CFs for 5 years, after which you sell for 120, what is the IRR? Do you think you could make a video on how to solve these?

Hi Justin, thanks for the great videos. I really enjoy and learn from your channel. I have a question, what type of commission splits could I expect either as a tenat rep, third party and/or landlord leasing agent for a CRE company/shopping center owner in FL? This is assuming no base salary, and the size of the firm is 10-50 shopping centers owned. Thanks again!
