When completing the practice, I felt an influx each time BEFORE you counted or even mentioned at times. When connecting with the plants I was moved to tears. When connecting with a tsadik I could feel the energy - soft confidence. What is most comforting is I already did this practice - Ruach led me to this. morrnah simeona discusses how the subconscious replays memories going way way back. We replay memories of our ancestors, past lives, etc. An empath is deeply awake to this field of sorrow. This prompts us to a deeper prayer process. To see into the depths of one’s soul journey is a simpler way to put it. So as an empath I thought I could save myself from darkness by saving the other. I felt warm joy surrounding me. I giggled and smiled I nuzzled my toddler. I told him that I made him with so much joy. He laughed and said why? We both giggled. In my mind during the meditation. I could feel love. I could really feel the mineral kingdom the most. Really able to connect to the rocks the waves in the ocean the sand on the beach. Palm trees. A flower field. Running in a field of flowers. (in my mind) I felt amethyst crystals. Very calm internally. That's the best way I can describe this. All of this involuntary. I was sitting on my bed. Very connected energy. It was nice to connect to nature again. It's just now moving into April coming out of Winter months in the US. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience :)

I have been making artwork this week with small clay dervishes climbing tiny wooden ladders. The little dervishes just kind of appeared in my hands without any conscious intention. Once I put them on the ladders it made me weep as a great joy and feeling of holiness came upon me. Now today I find this meditation, and it resonated so strongly as I began to climb the ladder. I have been obsessed all this week with ladders. Now I know I was being prepared for this meditation and my consciousness readied for the teaching. It felt completely natural and harmonious. I ascended without effort and with such joy. During my ascent, I was met on the ladder by two righteous souls in the nonphysical, a Maori Priestess, Rose Pere on the left, and the Baal Shem Tov on my right. They encouraged me and rejoiced with me as I ascended. They steadied me like a child learning to walk. These same souls reconnected with me during the choosing of the tzadikim. Thank you for offering this "experiment." It feels as it was created just for me. Happy Mirth-day to me! May all beings know happiness, love, and peace and the source of all blessings.

I just found you so this is very late. The Good. I am very in touch with my emotions. I am able to help people with emotional issues I can connect with the energies of the Universe in a very powerful way. The Bad I feel everything from everyone, on TV, in person at the store. Pain, depression, abuse etc. I take on their feelings. I know when people lie to me and are not being authentic. It’s very draining. I have a neurological heredity disease and these feelings wipe me out for days I asked the Universe to take it from me once and everything went silent and it felt very hollow. I never asked for that again.

But I live a peaceful life now.. But this took years before just chaos..” a lot dark times that couldn’t be explained. My experience was rewarded by removing something from daat. When I thought in the tsadik almost immediately, my body shook momentarily and I yelled a little. Interestingly, the person that I thought of was someone that came to my mind on his owns. It was like he wants me to choose him. It seems he knew I need his help and he wants to do so. Recently returned to being observant and returned full circle ⭕️ after having delved, studied and tried a myriad of other things and NOTHING has worked! Yet just trying and doing this one time was able to achieve EVERYTHING you said. A truly amazing experience and when receiving the messages I was able to see them, like witnessing the information that was being given to me... divinely awesome experience and pleasantly surprised! The information was like watching it, like being there in the place with the people, seeing how they were dressed in that time and what was really happening when it happened despite it being information from over 2000 yrs .... Positive attributes 1. Ability to feel or "see" the physical, emotional and spiritual pain of other people. 2. Ability to often time see the help or remedy the person needs. 3. Ability to feel or "see" what outcome could take place. Negative attributes 1. Living in a world where these abilities are not "believed in" or taken seriously has an honest gift from G-d to that particular individual. 2. People not fully understanding that your abilities are on a much stronger deeper level, than regular "human intuition". These abilities and far different than regular intuition. 3. People assuming because you're born this way, that you could be "up to no good". Or G-d forbid involved in something dark. When the reality is this is an extreme blessing.

Ability to connect on a deeper level with others Empath cons: 1. Difficulty controlling negative emotions 2. Turning off / blocking unwanted understandings that might be more than you want to know 3. I didn't but think that I am an empath. As I looked the word up, I feel that I am more of an healer,one who can people. Often times, the meaning of the word empath mixed up with spiritual healer. when you said connect to the animals I saw a horse flying and I also saw a dragon that was very sick and I was holding his hand on the beach healing him with the lights in my hands the dragon was very old and weak but, good he was tired of flying and hiding from people My ladder went up to the clouds it was taking away and I was standing on the clouds I was surrounded by the light and a lot of kids we were playing . Then i started praying to YHWH asking for, forgiveness for all my sins

About 2/3 of the way through. I am enjoying it and I am working as I listen (drawing cartoons). You asked what kind of energy I am feeling so I will describe the drawing. The main character has wandered through the desert and he has come to a big tent with the sign "The Eternal Debate Club" where They are debating whether mankind should have been created. Someone has just offered him a flower. The sun is rising. (The answer is: Maybe not, but we may as well make the best of it since we're here. BH.)

Thank you for powerful meditation and amaizing insight. Wondering about few things here. When person meditated, recharged, connected and happy or better content he won't be drained or sucked in by narcissistic behaviours of others , isn't it ? Can one use love technic instead of using 'erasing' technic. If person can instantly connect to higher power , to R. SH. O. Wouldn't be this enough to be emotionally disconnected from negativity or better to say connected to only positive only love where there are no place for anything else . Even when person is pooring negativity, you feel grounded from above and it doesn't effect you . This all is a question even it is sounded like a statement . Thank you

Empath is a person thats born with supernatural gifts of filtering energies of other people. Its a constant burden and struggle to a degree, Its not a person with empathy for another thats common to every human. Big difference most people are totally unaware of.
