Yes! I did a tour of Stamilt where they were sorting cherries; I decided I had to figure out how object detection works for my capstone project. The only practical use for this machine is for demonstration purposes and I am too much of a novice to be useful to the industry, but this project helped me build a basic understanding of the technology.
