If Rwanda is being used by the west, explain why the US, UK and other western countries threatened sanctions against M23 and Rwanda this week. I don't want to deny that the west always salivates after and steals minerals in Congo, but conflating that fact to claim that Rwanda/M23 are being used by the west for that purpose without hard evidence is clearly propagating fake news. The fact that Rwanda receives millitary and other aid from the west cant be used to support your argument. The biggest recipient of millitary aid in Africa is Egypt, so do many other African countries. Are those countries also the "Israels" of Africa? This war is based off tribal interests. The war in DRC is between the Congolese Gov vs Congolese Tutsis. The Gov needs to talk with the Congolese Tutsis (M23) and guarantee their Safety and stop trying to push them out into Rwanda. It is wrong that the Congolese try to de-naturalize the Congolese Tutsis. Rwanda (Paul Kagame) is a Tutsi and is protecting the Congolese Tutsis from Genocide like it happened in Rwanda proper. DRC Gov should treat all its citizens fairly and stop calling the M23 rebels Rwandans. They are not. They are Congolese. Meanwhile Tshisekedi is carrying out this tribal, genocidal policy of refusing the Congolese Tutsis their Congolese-ness, the West is busy stealing resources in the Congo, using the 100+ other rebel groups that are operating in the Congo. Tshisekedi should have made peace with the M23 and joined forces with them to secure the complete territory of the Congo.

The Gov needs to talk with the Congolese Tutsis (M23) and guarantee their Safety and stop trying to push them out into Rwanda. It is wrong that the Congolese try to de-naturalize the Congolese Tutsis. Rwanda (Paul Kagame) is a Tutsi and is protecting the Congolese Tutsis from Genocide like it happened in Rwanda proper. DRC Gov should treat all its citizens fairly and stop calling the M23 rebels Rwandans. They are not. They are Congolese.
