A few months ago a friend of mine told me his elderly mother who lives in the West Bank woke to her 67 yr old neighbor’s false-leg leaning against her door (a message/threat) and her neighbor was no longer seen coming and going. After a few days, when it seemed safe, she and a few neighbors checked his tiny home and it was torn apart with dark red sprays all over the carpet and the living room walls. Now his mother hasn’t answered for phone or responded to emails for over a week. This a real life nightmare and these soldiers are truly like the German nationalist soldiers of 1940. And most Americans couldn’t care less. And I am not like them.

I was visiting my son today and started speaking to his elderly neighbor. The old lady was very polite and open minded as we discussed world events . However as soon I mentioned the recent far right riots in England funded by the pro Israel lobby, she immediately went into defense mode and started to walk away from me. This is typical of elderly white Canadian people whos main source of news comes from the CBC, CNN, fox news etc. When I quoted professor David Miller as the source for who is funding the English far right and Tommy Robinson she totally dismissed him, but was quick to say that Iran funds all the university campus pro Palestine groups.
