Very interesting. I fish Saltwater with Texas rigs Ned rid and Tokyo rigs but I was creature plastics on them with good results

Texas rigs with a 3" paddle tail or prawn style lure is one of my favourite techniques in the salt! Covers such a broad variety of species! Tokyo rig is definitely one of the next ones on my list to give a whirl though.
