Breast Revision on a Patient With 20 Year-Old Implants

This patient had saline implants for 20 years and she felt that they were flat and sat too high up. This patient also has tuberous breasts that were not corrected in her previous surgery. I will remove her old implants, and l'll also cut and remove parts of the capsule that are effecting the shape and making it look flat, reshape the pocket, and place in larger and high profile implants. I will also perform a periareloar mastopexy to reduce the size of the areola and lift them.
