Are you sure AGI affects the steal rate? I didn't notice a difference between stealing with Ryu and pilfering with Scias even though Scias is the quicker character.

Both agility and using charm before increases stealing rate but with agility the character needs to have 40 kore agility than the target he tries to steal from. Just use charm before you still/ pilfer it increases the success rate tremendously.

where can i find the gem for the mutant dragon?

you have to talk to people in Khoshka to tell you that there is a gem in the Ruins of En Jhou. In Koshka or in Chiqua i don't know sure. However, in En Jhou Ruins you have to destroy a cracked wall with ershins Headbump - go deeper in the dungeon and finally you can find the mutant dragon gem down there. But be careful not to give it away to this guy who tells you to give it to him

Flich is a passive skill when somebody has stoll as his or her master. It acts like pilfer but it comes randomly when attacking. You cant chose to use filch.

why does it only activates on higher level monster?

@@zilchey264 I dont think it does. Its completly random. It works on all monsters
