Can breathing exercises help the beginner to increase the ability in controlling the air? Is that a good idea to add Breathing Gym exercises into the schedule of rehearsal?

Absolutely! Just make sure you know what you are doing with them! They will help you to relax, expand your lung capacity but breathing for playing and doing breathing exercise will differ. Pick an exercise to relax your body, add a second exercise with some physical movement and lastly do a third exercise with some resistance or for power breathing. It should not take you more than 5-7minutes. After you are done, make sure to remember that you still want to be relaxed and breath deep, but now you have a mouthpiece on your face, limited count to breath and instrument in your hands, so don't expect breathing to feel exactly the same as it did when you exercised it. But generally, definitely add some breathing exercises, especially in your beginning stages! Hope that answers the question. Let me know whether there is anything else you want to know and thanks for watching!

Do you have some specific breathing exercises which are very effective to do every day?

I do not do breathing exercises everyday and haven't since the age of 17 (I'm 25 now) However, I do they if there is a specific reason why I should: physically tired, mentally tired, tensed, nervous, distracted. I will share those in the upcoming vids. However, I practice my breathing every single day during my playing, I now what to focus on and what I am trying to achieve. Good question buddy, I will address it for sure. Thanks for watching and supporting!
