I never find deep breathing to help me fall asleep. Idk why, but i do it for ages and it would never work going to try this video tonight, will see how i get on.

It's a skill, so requires (lots of) practice over consecutive days/weeks, but if you persevere it can become a powerful and very portable way of managing your mind and the emotions it generates. Good luck my friend, let me know how it goes xx

I try listening to different presentations you create to find out what is most effective for me. I enjoyed the background music of this particular episode a lot. I’ve become kind of used to hearing the Tibetan singing bowls in other episodes, though, and like the soft spoken presentation more than whispering, I guess, because it makes me strain to hear you.
