Im so glad to hear you are going to use a bigger sheet of paper. Way way back in the day in college my art professor made me paint on bigger sheets of paper, because I used to get too small, it was SO hard at first, but turned out to be a great challenge, and it really helped me paint larger, with more confidence. Have fun most of all! Splash that paint around and let it do its thing!

That is just too too lovely for words!! Thank you for this. This one is truly for playing around with.....for me anyway. I watch youtube on a laptop......non of that tiny screen for me, want to see everything really well. So maybe the brush handles aren't showing the true colors but, on my monitor, there's a big dif between those and the color of your nail polish that you showed. I like the brush color shown that you were using......Not sure what you call it :)

Thank you Kathy. Yes, I will be doing variations of this style and colors till I get exactly what I want for my home decor im looking for. Oh,,, girl, I agree I watch youtube typically on my laptop, my eyes, don't like tiny little IPhone screens! I even put it onto my tv screen, so its bigger than life :-) Interesting about the colors, my nails were a bit more opaque and flat for sure. The handles are a a beautiful bright QuinMagenta, took me several tries to get the color exacly as I wanted it and im sure Craftamo, although they were so supportive and patient, must have been going out of their mind! I may never get the opportunity again, and wanted them to be just right!

I have a swatch shee for all of my paints, I use the color diary whenever I get a new palette and keep all of my swatches inside of the journal. When I go to paint something I refer to the swatches, It is quite handy and really fun to create! This one is 6X8 amzn.to/4fRQJFd The one I use is a bit larger 9X12 amzn.to/46Qi9r7 Have fun! They are so helpful.

I follow the link for the floral pallet and looking at the full description did not see the opera rose or light pink. The closest it came to that on the color chart was a color labeled light peach. Every paul ruben vivid floral palette of 24 colors the color chart was the same. I really like that pink color and but want to make sure the palette I purchase contains that color. Please clarify? Like you I love florals and I'm particularly pulled to the pinks and cool pallet colors, pinks, blues, purples.

Hi Sheri, You are right, that is the color Light peach, its very similar to the Paul Rubens sister company palette Meiliang!
