Kia ora from NZ, thank you Kyle so much for sharing daily sessions. Your timing was amazing as I’ve been in hospital and recuperating from my surgery and trying daily to keep my energy high. I had a very overwhelming day that impacted everyone in my family and then voila I received your Day 1 email. I immediately completed it and felt 100% better. Thank you earth angel Kyle. You have a wonderful way of explaining everything. My left nostril was the most free which makes sense since I did day 1, day 2, and day 3 back to back in the replay so I was definitely in the more rest and rejuvenating space. 💗
