Breeder Lofts Moved To New Location.wmv

We spent this last weekend moving our breeder lofts to a new location in the yard. The old location did not get enough sun in the mornings. The new location should be much better plus they have more room.

Hello Alex: Thank you for watching and the compliments. Our club flies South. I believe this year we are only going to go to the base of the grapevine. Hello Willie: We do not sell birds. Glad to hear you thinking of getting back into pigeons. My wife and I have had birds since about 1980 at our current location in Northern California. I have had birds since about 10yrs old:) I'm 63 and still have them. A friend of mine sells birds all the time. Look for videos from Hawkbait Lofts in Chico Ca. I just got into pigeons with my son, built a breeding loft, We really like the aviary that you built and would like to build one like yours, same size. Can you tell me what size wood did you use for the framing, and if you would have done anything different? thanks

What do you use on the ground in the aviary of the new breeder loft? What are your cleaning procedures?

We use pea gravel on the ground. We actually clean it daily and totally change it out about every three months.
