I don't wanna offend you, but definitely, you're misguiding a lot of people. And you look so prideful doing it. Everybody has different plans if all depends on the plans that they have and where they're going. You can not apply this to everyone. Not everybody is a bully breeder. The market might be down for bullies. But it's not down for other types of breeds.

I got an LLC to protect myself. Also to set up a bank account for the business showing additional income. This will help me when it's time to buy a house and land.

U do need a LLC I disagree why because u will get a business account this will show the bank 🏦 u is serious then as u make cash you will see them reach out and give you lines of credit plus u can write stuff off to pay less taxes

Getting a EIN number is the key to claiming assets and losses. In other words write offs and money back if you invested more than you made.

Your LLC will always help you to diversify, and with your own company, you can't expand in 2 other areas. It's not just about breeding dogs. Breeding dogs is just a tiny part of a business. Besides reproductive services, you can do Grooming Boarding Training Mentoring Educating Whelping Photo and video editing Product selling & reselling. And definitely partnering with veterinarians, also do collaboration with other businesses and companies and product research. Also , the middleman notary creates a lot of revenue as well. Hopefully, I didn't offend anyone. Actually, i hope you can think bigger. Definitely an LLC Will help to become a greater business.

As a professional dog handler alone for ABKC ABR & AKC And other registries , You can make over a hundred thousand dollars a year. Never limit yourself. People pay big bucks for good service.

If you would like to build business credit, you need an LLC. Credit is important so it can be leveraged into other ventures. But they're not saying is that different states have different rules and regulations and policies. All I see. Is people trying to discourage you from growing It also helps when you do business-to-business credit lines for dog Food and other items that are important to your business. You could always leverage your business credit to become a bigger business. And business credit is not the same as personal credit. You learn more when you do more. There is business-to-business discounts. And it's easier to get contracts with different stores and facilities for training purposes.

Not only having legal protection but you must have the proper zoning for breeding. In my state, its a misdemeanor in operating without licensing and proper zone.
