Yes. I needed to accept this so badly. I broke up with my ex for the same trait I thought I could change over time. There were things he would change through out the relationship that fooled me into thinking he would change for good, but he always reverted back to his old ways. No one changes unless they want to. And only they can make themselves want to.

You guys need to focus on the men that truly support your growth. Not cucks and not douches. But a man who wants to guide, teach, and take care of you because its the right thing to do. Even if the truths he presents about you might hurt...he will always care for you though. as he knows womens flaws just like he does his own flaws. A man who you can rely on. NEVER cheat on someone like this. Balanced between masculinity but also his soft side. This is how you ruin men and society. Men like this get shit on and weve given up

My father and my older brother both watched this with me and said she was able to put into words exactly why they themselves have mistreated women in the past. That's not to say that they are excused from their behavior. It just means they are not always good men and even they can recognize that what she's saying is good advice. Bad men prey on vulnerable women. Love yourself and protect yourself from the superficial fear of being alone if you must, because being "single forever" is not a downgrade from being abused forever.

When I met my ex boyfriend I had such a low self esteem. He showed me my worth, my soul, and I praised him so much for it. I acted like he gave me my worth when really all he did was point towards what was already there. When I saw how overwhelming gorgeous and magnificent I was on the inside I wanted to do anything for him because I was so grateful. That still kept me in a place of not seeing how my worth was mine, he didn’t give it to me.

She doesn't listen to me and now she always complains about heartache and wastes her time being jealous of others in relationships. I don’t know why a woman would go into a relationship trying to be the perfect anything or trying to do everything. That is why you have a partner so that you could work together. Why would I want or be attracted to a woman that does it all? Clearly I am not wanted if she can do it all. Masculine men tend to like feminine women. We do not want masculine women it’s like dating another man. Yet masculine women tend to chase us thinking that’s what we want, then they get their feelings hurt. A woman who lets us work to get her and keep her is a woman worth having. A woman who does it all is a turn off. Like the girl in the video said we do not care about the things you think we care about. We just want a nice lady to share our lives with, it’s really not that deep.

Thank you for this!! Us ladies (and men) need to pay attention to character ethics in this personality driven world. Personality is entertaining but Character be it strong or weak is what you’ll be dealing with for years. Personality = likeable; funny, ie. they always make me laugh. Character = (good/favored) trustworthy, honorable, attentiveness, self control, initiative, humility, accountability, discernment, discretion, forgiving, or (bad/unfavored) dishonest, insecure, addictive, disrespectful, manipulative, promiscuous, self destructive, controlling, lack of self control.. PAY ATTENTION, don’t ignore the signs. Within 90 days you can “collect data” on one’s character. No one’s perfect, but pay attention and know who and what you’re dealing with. No excuses!! No compromising standards 💯

Misconception that trash guys are "shiny" on the outside. Average Joe nice guys who don't seem trashy can become trashy after they hook you as well. We also hold on to how sweet they were in the beginning, and don't focus on their present actions.

U made alot of good points. they should not reward cheating and bad behavior by taking them back, its like saying cheating is ok. Actions speak louder than words. Its not ok to be racist by choosing a bf based on race.

I want to share this with my cousin but i dont want to get on her nerves. I already sent her something from RC Blakes. Shes dealing w a guy who today demanded her to do this and that after cursing her out AFTER she let him borrow her car and was never given a thank you. He has a child and baby mother who called stupid for whatever reason. On top of that, he handed her 1/100th of a blunt and she took it and almost burned her lip . I was mindfreaking blown. She was trying to figure out the perfect thing to text him after all of this. I told her if it were me, I would never ever respond and he wouldnt get another damn thing from me period.

Snickers you already gave her advice, let her grown (hopefully) from this experience. I can be a pushy older sister and was sooooo happy when my sister left her dead beat baby daddy. The next guy she actually married and was FAR worse, I learned to shut my mouth unless directly asked for feedback and now I just recommend therapy. Some people are caught up in these patterns for deeper emotional issues that need to be worked thru in therapy or they keep repeating this in different guises sadly. (I am a therapist)

Snickers, respect for looking out for her although she might hate you for it now. Pass it on to her saying you just enjoy watching this type of stuff and only want to share it with the few of your closest, and maybe to someone else who can really get to her? Dont give up cz she might have, just give support if it falls through. Keep on trying, might be useful if you have your own children dealing with issues in the future. I wish you and your cousin (to leave his disrespectful waiting to turn into a disaster ass) all the best.

8:39 'Trash' love how simply you put it! Yup, you can put more layers (excuses) on but if you let the trashbag just sit out in your house (life) sooner or later the trashbag is going to stink. #tossthetrash

Red flags were numerous but I’ve ignored them over his flattering words And he wanted to be the queen and told me word by word “ I should be the one who fight “ And then I’ve decided to stop double guessing my gut feelings . Listen to your gut feelings , if you feel you are not treated properly, it means “ you are not treated properly .” Period

❤❤ this message! It is extremely important to know your self worth, to have standards, goals & expectations when it comes to your future spouse, because you will be the only one paying the price of being absolutely miserable in a relationship that you settled for. The best thing you can do is work on becoming healed, whole and complete so that you can attract who you are. True love is out there, it just takes a lot of self love, time with The Creator, discipline and patience 💖
