It's loud, but in a pleasing, non-HD loud kind of way. And idling along at 3,000 rpm I've even gone through noise traps unmolested.

@@wakinossin .. in Australia, because the Jota met ADR (Australian Design Rules), when it arrived, the hollow pipes can blow roadside noise tests but ripping up the paperwork in front of the inspector (because of the technicality) is GOLD...😁🤗

I used to own a 1980 Laverda 1200 Mirage, it was a delight to ride, fast and furious and riding it always put a smile on my face.

How a bike runs depends on the condition of the engine, carburators and ignition system, and fine tuning of carburators and ignition. The sound of the motorbike depends on the type, condition and age of the exhaust. A 3C in a better condition could run much better than the other 2 Laverdas🙂

It's certainly worth googling Laverda to read about their machines. Warning: you may fall in love. And once you ride one, you're hooked.
